Family: Myobatrachidae
Common name: Red-crowned Toadlet
The name Toadlet is misleading, it is actually a small frog with distinctive bright orange T markings on its head. It is falling in numbers in its restricted habitat – the Hawkesbury sandstone areas surrounding Sydney.

2.Pseudophryne corroboree
Family: Myobatrachidae
Common name: Southern Corroboree Frog
The corroboree frog is one of Australias most critically endangered frog which has been brought back from the edge of extinction thanks to the active breeding program by legendary frog man, Gerry Marantelli and his team at the Amphibian Research Centre in Werribee Victoria.

3.Litoria raniformis
Family: Hylidae
Common names including: Growling Grass Frog and the Southern Bell Frog.
A widespread but only locally common frog, populations of which are in decline. This frog also preys on other frogs and is active by day. Known by a distinctive loud growling call which confused early settlers feared as the legendary ‘Bunyip’.
